Swift Shift Van Lines facilitated my recent move, and I am grateful. They maintain a high level of professionalism and are a delight to collaborate with. He worked with Carl to get my house packed and moved in under two weeks.
I felt very comfortable having these movers in my home. David and the other guys were polite, and they worked very fast without being messy. Everything went according to plan.
Our representative walked us through the entire process, and there were no surprises He made sure, we did an accurate inventory and they were responsive and available for us at all times.
At the last minute, I didn't have enough boxes to hold all my trinkets. Fortunately, the group had a supply of extra packing materials and cartons. They immediately jumped in to help me pack those odds and ends. I stayed within my budget, and the relocation was completed on schedule.
DO NOT USE THEM!! they do not tell you the small details that one needs to know, e.g. you cannot update your invoice list once you give it to them, then when the movers show up, they want to charge you more for anything that's not on the list. i refused service because they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price agreed. they also do not communicate box standards, and want to charge you more for anything that doesn't fit said standard. horrible communication and they will rip you off!!
David and Max provided a comprehensive plan and ensured that every one of my possessions was securely packed and loaded onto the truck. They expertly reassembled everything at the new site, checking that everything was operational throughout. I'm relieved that I went with them.
My family needed a crew to load a large container for a long-distance move. The workers arrived early and started organizing the boxes by weight. They tied everything down with straps so the load would not shift on the road. I noticed they were careful with the corners of my antique cabinets. It took four hours to finish the entire driveway. The communication was clear from start to finish. Charles and the team were very helpful, and all the things were delivered safely.
Our family moved after 18 years in the same house. It felt overwhelming, but the crew stayed patient and carried every piece with care. That patience made the whole day easier for all of us.
As soon as they arrived, they got to work without wasting time. They were skilled at slipping heavy objects through narrow openings without being damaged. It was a nice surprise that the relocation was finished faster than anticipated.
