I noticed scratches on a dresser after the move. While accidents can happen, I was disappointed by how the company handled my complaint. I never received a proper resolution.
Andrew and his companion were kind, and they answered all of my queries. To avoid squashing my breakables, they positioned my hefty boxes at the bottom of the piles.
I couldn’t be more pleased about my experience with them. Edwin and the team were dedicated workers and took the job seriously. Moreover, they did not take any unnecessarily long breaks, thanks to which, the move wrapped up within the quoted time. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
The three men who helped us relocate were terrific. They were helpful and kind throughout, even suggesting ways to better protect some of our packages.

They showcased their power and adaptability by taking precautions to ensure that my items would remain undamaged in the face of the high winds. They can handle the challenges and unpredictable weather because they are careful and have plans.
I was terrified that we might have to relocate in the week leading up to Christmas. David and his staff made the whole event enjoyable by bringing cookies and wearing colorful hats. It was very surprising and I felt grateful!
My couch was easily hauled down three flights of stairs by the movers. It didn’t have one scratch They made my work easier and less stressful.
The move from my third-floor apartment went better than I hoped. The guys took my heavy sectional sofa apart and carried the pieces down the narrow hallway without hitting any corners. They used thick plastic wrap to keep the cushions from getting dirty during the trip. The whole process stayed on track, and my furniture arrived in great shape.
BEWARE. Stay away from this company. They will take your deposit and the day of the move they more than double the price of the move. I specifically told the broker we had 2 10 ft sofas it’s in my contract and the movers said they take up too much space. It was extortion the day of the move. I guess they make there business by keeping your deposit. I paid by credit card and I will fight them. HORRIBLE COMPANY. STAY AWAY.
Henry and his colleague produced fantastic job. They were quite professional in how they handled both us and our possessions. They did an excellent job; thus I have no problem promoting them and their business.
