I live in a 2 bedroom apartment across town, and Swift Shift Van Lines was very professional and competent. They were careful and quick with our fragile things. Keep up the good work, guys!
What impressed me most was how the team worked together. I was moving to a new place closer to my job, and they made the process simple. The crew arrived with all the supplies, loaded my items carefully, and managed the drive without delay. The work was done within the time we discussed. They really made the process much easier, and I will use them again if I ever need to move
I had a strict deadline to get my storage unit cleared out before the end of the month. The guys from Swift Shift Van Lines were great and didn't waste any time. They started with the big furniture at the front and worked their way back until the whole space was empty. Even when the loading dock got crowded with other trucks, they just kept moving and stayed on schedule.
I couldn’t be more pleased about my experience with them. Edwin and the team were dedicated workers and took the job seriously. Moreover, they did not take any unnecessarily long breaks, thanks to which, the move wrapped up within the quoted time. I couldn’t have asked for anything else!
Very trustworthy! Swift Shift Van Lines was responsible for arranging all unloading activities without any hassle, since I had to leave town early and was not there during the delivery. They followed my instructions and charged me fairly. Highly recommended!
James made my most recent transfer simple and affordable. Despite the several changes to the plan, they demonstrated remarkable tolerance and support while efficiently coordinating the transition. I have no plans to use them again very soon, but they will be at the ready in case I need to.
DON'T DO IT ! We came across swift shift van lines and it all started out good. Gave them the estimated inventory and they gave an estimated affordable quote. Robert Collins, the "senior relocation specialist" played us like a fiddle. Bunk beds apparently only have one matress. King beds don't have a box spring or a bedframe. Those are things they hit you with after you give them the deposit. So I price jumped drastically. Specifically, $2000.00 more than we planned. Jordan, the quality assurance associate, wasn't trying to help us at all. All he was focused on is getting the "rest of the deposit". Deposits are "non-refundable" so if you decide that this service is just not for you, they just keep your money. Even if you tell them that you just simply can not afford their services, they don't give your money back. They will drain you. Website says no surprises and it was a lie. Talked to the "manager" Olivia, told her we are no longer interested in your services and you can keep the initial deposit. All she said was deposits are non-refundable". Apparently, we only paid half the deposit up front so she that there was going to be another charge. Olivia didn't try to make things right, or offer any money back. Also, they will take your routing and account number off of your check and try to process unauthorized payments. At the end of the day, we canceled everything. They won't see another cent of our hard earned money. Now, I'm moving everything myself, just me, my girlfriend, our 6 month year old baby, 5 year old, and 9 year old. I do not recommended this company to anybody.
This company provided excellent service from the initial call to the last box being unloaded. They came early, did a precise job, and even helped me arrange my furniture precisely where I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a smoother experience!
A really positive encounter with the movers. I employed them for a full moving service because I was relocating alone. Since they effortlessly disassembled my bulky furniture, uninstalled my home theatre system and TVs, packed everything carefully, and handled all the hard lifting, it was actually a relief. After successfully transporting everything, they stayed behind to assemble and install my belongings.
My roommate and I decided to part ways, and we both hired Swift Shift Van Lines to move our separate stuff. The band of movers was really adept at splitting our furniture and boxes based on color-coded stickers we’d prepared. They didn’t mix up anything, which was a huge relief. They helped me fold my futon when I couldn’t figure out how to collapse it. The entire process was quick, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable. Well worth every dollar.
