I rarely write online reviews, but Swift Shift Van Lines deserves the spotlight. Their workers transformed what could have been a chaotic day into a smooth operation. They labeled every box properly, kept fragile items separate, and loaded everything in an order that made sense for unloading. It felt like watching seasoned experts at work. They were careful with my new hardwood floors, placing protective pads wherever they set down a piece of furniture. This kind of attention to detail is why I’ll be calling them again next time I need movers.
We've done one move all by ourselves but this time we decided to get professional movers to help. It was a vast difference, indeed. We didn't have to pick up heavy furniture, hire extra equipment, or call friends for assistance, and the entire day was much smoother.
Andrew and his team were incredible! They moved all of our belongings from our three-bedroom apartment to DE and worked tirelessly until 9 pm to ensure everything was taken care of. They packed everything neatly and securely, and labeled everything clearly. They also unloaded everything carefully and placed everything where we wanted them. Even though John and James were exhausted, they remained positive and had a great attitude. They were very friendly and cheerful, and they made us feel comfortable and relaxed.
Moving my late grandmother's hand-painted porcelain collection and fragile glassware was very nerve-wracking for me. Packing day arrived the day before the main move with custom wardrobe packing boxes, bubble wrap by the mile and even custom crates for the delicate artwork. When we opened the boxes at our new home, even the smallest wine glass was in perfect order. They paid amazing attention to detail and eased my mind during a very stressful period of my life.
I had a good experience with the movers. They were very helpful, hard working and cared for our furniture. Communications leading up to the move was clear, but I would have liked to have had a more specific arrival time. No major problems with delivery.
A 10/10 experience! I have a number of expensive furniture and I was afraid of getting damaged in the midst of my recent move. But, these movers did all things carefully and used custom padding. My furniture has reached me in perfect shape!
This incredible crew helped us move during a winter storm. They arrived with safety mats and covered the floor inside my new apartment so that snow wouldn't be tracked in. They also took further precautions to protect my books and electronics by placing them in airtight containers. Despite the severe weather, I was surprised by the degree of professionalism.
