Swift Shift Van Lines was amazing! I was moving from downtown to uptown in TX and was stressed about doing it alone. Fortunately, the movers packed my entire two-bedroom apartment in four hours. I didn’t have to prepare anything.
We moved our home office to a shared business center. James helped plan where each desk and chair would go before loading. When we arrived, the setup matched the plan perfectly, and all our computers were already at the workstations. We were up and running almost immediately, which made the transition smooth for everyone on our small team.
When we decided to downsize, John managed the details and confirmed in advance. The team came well-prepared and started right away. They sorted boxes based on rooms and handled the delicate items with extra care. Their patience stood out, and the move was completed exactly the way we wanted it done.
Michael and his team were the most movers! I needed to make a last-minute change to my plans, and they came through for me, no problem. Their arrangements and care in packing were very careful and orderly, and I felt confident that my things were safe in their hands, arriving on time and undamaged.
Thanks to Jason and Jack, moving my belongings was a breeze. They even went out of their way to help on moving day. They helped me disconnect utilities and move items that wouldn't fit through the entryway of my new apartment.
They were amazingly patient. I made a lot of changes at the last moment and they managed them wonderfully. They spotted that I was behind with packing and pitched in to help finish a few boxes for me. A team that works hard and is so kind!
The overall experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. Communication was inconsistent, and the entire process felt poorly managed. I expected a much higher level of service.
A friend told me about this company, so I gave them a try for my house move. The guys were polite and focused on moving the heavy oak wardrobe first. It was a good experience from start to finish.
Before moving, I needed to get rid of a lot of old basement junk and broken furniture. I added their haul-away service to the moving package. The crew quickly removed all the unwanted items right from the basement. This saved me a lot of time and heavy lifting before the actual moving day.
