Swift Shift Van Lines offered top-notch services. I hired them the first time but they didn't fail to impress me. My fragile was very cautiously packed and labeled with fragile stickers.
Jack and James handled our belongings with the utmost care, working swiftly, efficiently, and attentively as they rearranged the furniture, causing no damage. I'm grateful for everything, and I can't imagine having anyone other than Swift Shift Van Lines handle the transfer of your house.
Joseph and his team took care of my move from TX to NY. These guys were very professional, handling all my furniture with caution, such as my vintage oak cabinet and marble coffee table. They also helped me pack up my kitchenware, which was a huge help. And even though the drive was long and tiring, they maintained their enthusiasm and never slowed down. James deserves a big shoutout from me.
I contacted Swift Shift Van Lines for a same-day move of my studio apartment. The guys showed up fast, packed my bed, TV, and kitchen stuff, and were done before evening. Nothing broke, and the timing was perfect.
DO NOT USE THEM!! they do not tell you the small details that one needs to know, e.g. you cannot update your invoice list once you give it to them, then when the movers show up, they want to charge you more for anything that's not on the list. i refused service because they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the price agreed. they also do not communicate box standards, and want to charge you more for anything that doesn't fit said standard. horrible communication and they will rip you off!!
I was mostly concerned about my collection of large indoor plants because they are very sensitive to being moved around too much. The team made sure to keep the tall palms upright and wedged them in safely so they wouldn't tip over during the sharp turns on the road. I am so happy that every single leaf made it to the sunroom without any damage.
Our relocation was seamless because of the movers' diligence, politeness, and expertise. Carl shared pictures and videos to keep me updated on the process, which was pretty professional, considering that I was out of the country during the relocation. They impressed me with their candor and transparency.
They wrote clear labels on every box, saying exactly what was inside. That way, we didn't have to waste time searching for things when we unpacked. No more digging through boxes to find what we needed right away!
The move from my old apartment went better than I expected. The team from Swift Shift Van Lines showed up ready and kept things steady the whole time. They took care of my stuff and stayed polite through it all. All the belongings made it to the new place without a problem. I liked how simple they made the process. I’d call them again next time without hesitation.
