They were also very friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole moving process much more enjoyable. They offered to help me unpack some of the boxes at my new place, which was a huge help.

I thought that was a really thoughtful way to start because it meant nothing got missed and there were no surprises later. He kept checking in throughout the day and made sure I was happy with where things were going.
