I had to move some things late in the evening, and I expected them to be tired or slow, but they stayed consistent the whole time. One of the guys William kept things simple and clear whenever I asked something. It made the process feel less complicated for me.

They helped me move my heavy office chair, which was very hard to maneuver. They also moved my desk, computer, printer, and files without any issues. They were very careful with my documents and data. They packed them in folders and boxes, and they secured them with locks and passwords.
Truck #T-610 was loaded with order #IN-11934 in an efficient manner. All wooden tables were covered with corner protectors and heavy duty stretch film was used around large wooden sectional items to stop dirt and moisture from accumulating.
Go ahead and book them if you have a lot of stairs like I do. My new place is on the third floor with no elevator, and I had a heavy treadmill and a weight bench that needed to go up. Those guys didn't complain once, even though it was nearly 90 degrees outside. They just put their heads down and got it done safely. I am seriously impressed with the hustle they showed throughout the entire afternoon.
Watson and his team left both the old and new places spotless. They swept up any debris from packing materials and wiped down the furniture once it was in place. They even offered to help set up appliances and electronics.
For the first time in 12 years, I've moved with a moving company in a very relaxing manner. The movers were prompt, carefully packed my possessions, and delivered them to my flat. They also put my bed back together once my belongings arrived. I'm delighted with the outcome of my encounter!
