Henry and his colleague produced fantastic job. They were quite professional in how they handled both us and our possessions. They did an excellent job; thus I have no problem promoting them and their business.
We used Swift Shift Van Lines for a weekend move to our new house in the suburbs. It was a two-day process since we had a garage full of tools and outdoor gear. The team packed the garage separately and labeled every box. When we unpacked, everything was easy to find.
Our group moved supplies for a weekend market. The movers arrived before sunrise and loaded all the boxes from the garage. They worked without stopping, even when it started drizzling.
Due to its weight and fragility, my study table required extra attention throughout its relocation. They expertly reassembled everything at the new site, checking that everything was operational throughout. I'm relieved that I went with them.
Honestly, I didn’t expect it to go this smoothly. I had heard stories about delays and missing items from other companies, so I was already nervous. But these guys made it easy. They checked in the day before, came on time, and got started right away. I had packed things up the night before, and they didn’t mess with my system. They followed what I asked without turning it into a back-and-forth. It all felt simple and direct, which I appreciated.

They were a godsend when I needed extra moving services on the scene last minute! They managed to fit me into their calendar, were punctual, and got things done quickly. I can't thank them enough!
Mixed feelings. The SSV are brokers. We were quoted a price. the moving company they hired were rated 1 star and demanded more money than quoted and refused to deliver some pieces of furniture. The delivery dates quoted by SSV were 5-10 days. The movers they hired stated 7-10 business days the actually delivery time was 16 business days. The boxes were not securely stored as when they were delivered some boxes were torn, massive holes where items were spilling out, a gross liquid spilled over 5. The men packing up and delivering were different. The delivery people were nice, quick and didn't try to scam more money out of us like the pick up crew did. I feel betrayed about all moving companies from this experience. Good luck to everyone who uses this company and I suggest finding out who they hire as movers before signing so you do not get a low rate mover through this broker.
My soft floor runner, corals, and floor lights were all saved without a scratch. There is no better company to contact than Swift Shift Van Lines.
