Honestly, I thought moving would be a nightmare, but these guys made it simple. They wrapped things up properly and loaded the truck smartly, so nothing got damaged.
The movers left packing materials, tape, and plastic wraps scattered all over my home. They didn’t bother cleaning up after themselves. I had to spend hours cleaning up the mess they left behind. For the price I paid, I expected them to at least leave my place in decent condition.
Moving from a little two-bedroom flat wasn’t difficult. The movers were punctual for both the delivery and the pick-up. In few hours, they wrapped and cushioned our furniture and loaded the vehicle. We observed their meticulous handling of our belongings and how they went through several doors to reach the car while we were there. The relocation coordinator, Christopher, always answered our questions with patience and promptness.
What I remember most is how calm everything felt during the move. There was no rushing or confusion, and that made a big difference for me. I would absolutely use them again!
When it rained quite hard, the movers went to work to make sure our hardwood floors were taken care of! They installed protective runners in the hallways and put shoe covers on to prevent mud from being tracked in the hallways.
Joseph replied immediately, even though we were behind schedule with our request. They were prompt with delivery and set things up for us. The safe and prompt delivery of our beautiful marble tulip table and chairs from NJ to AZ has satisfied us. We would definitely use them again because of the great service and staff.
Honestly, I thought I would be moving stress with this company with order number MC-2402, but I was pleasantly surprised. The crew arrived with a plan, was confident and did each room one at a time.

I have nothing to complain about from the service. But there's always room for improvement, so I'd only tell them to keep up the good work.

The crew worked quickly yet carefully and arrived on time. My bed was carefully disassembled and reassembled at the new location. They protected my fragile vases and dishes with blankets. I noticed how well they communicated during the move. I was very pleased with the service!
