Highly recommend this team to anyone planning a move. I had 2 large wardrobes that I thought would be impossible to move without damage. The movers took their time figuring out the safest way to get them downstairs. They communicated clearly with each other while carrying them out. When everything was set up in my new place, the wardrobes were in perfect shape.

Terrible deceptive company!!! I I would rate zero stars! This appears to be the biggest Scam operation for moving out there. I was scammed my deposit and the movers didn’t even show up and they refuse to refund my money. They said the truck was too full and they didn’t have anyone available for my entire travel stay of 10 days. There are many complaints online. They are not accredited by Better Business Bureau and many many terrible reviews and complaints. I am a widow and I feel extremely violated by this company and I’m not alone because they’ve done it to many many other people.Do not write them a check you’ll never see your money again, and they won’t provide the services that they claim to provide. They don’t care about you. They are supposedly moving brokers not a moving . It’s a big scam. They will say anything. Very sly and deceptive.
It was Jack and Johnson who did the best work for Swift Shift Van Lines. Being honest at all times: Their skilled packing and transportation ensured the safe relocation. They worked quickly and well to finish the job.
The team worked quickly and efficiently, taking care of all my belongings. They disassembled and reassembled furniture with ease, ensuring nothing was damaged. The whole experience was seamless and far less stressful than I anticipated.
At the last minute, I didn't have enough boxes to hold all my trinkets. Fortunately, the group had a supply of extra packing materials and cartons. They immediately jumped in to help me pack those odds and ends. I stayed within my budget, and the relocation was completed on schedule.
Overall, the experience was below average. Better planning, stronger communication, and improved customer service would have made a significant difference.
