They worked through the move in a way that made sense and didn’t need to redo anything. Items fit the way they planned it, and there was no stopping and restarting. The work kept moving without feeling chaotic. Once it was done, I felt good about how it all went and didn’t have any second thoughts about using the service.
Honestly, I thought I would be moving stress with this company with order number MC-2402, but I was pleasantly surprised. The crew arrived with a plan, was confident and did each room one at a time.
Overall, the experience was below average. Better planning, stronger communication, and improved customer service would have made a significant difference.
I moved back to the city to be closer to my friends. The guys loaded the heavy treadmill and the weight rack from the basement. They used straps to keep the parts from shifting around. They make sure to deliver all the things safely to the new place, and this is what they did, and also they placed the treadmill in the house where I wanted it, which I appreciate.
They made my first-time home move fun. They even took a photo with me and joined in the celebration. It felt like a party, not a chore.
Thanks to the movers, relocating from TX to NY was easy. John and Michael packed the truck snugly so that nothing would move throughout the long trip. No damage occurred during move.
