My husband and I had a stress-free move into our condo in NY. The crew was efficient and handled packing and delivery incredibly well. They also offered to help us with organizing our new place after delivery. We strongly recommend them!
As soon as they arrived, they got to work without wasting time. They were skilled at slipping heavy objects through narrow openings without being damaged. It was a nice surprise that the relocation was finished faster than anticipated.
I booked them just to move a few bulky items, and didn’t expect much beyond basic hauling. But Swift Shift Van Lines team took time to wrap and secure each item. They also checked that our floor wouldn’t get scratched while bringing things in. What could’ve been a slapdash job was actually handled with serious care and attention!
Carrying heavy appliances like refrigerators and washers isn’t easy, but these movers did it with no problem. They had the right tools, lifted carefully, and made sure there was no damage to floors or walls.
I would say if you are thinking about booking them, just go ahead, because my experience turned out pretty good. I had to move some things late in the evening, and I expected them to be tired or slow, but they stayed consistent the whole time. One of the guys William kept things simple and clear whenever I asked something. It made the process feel less complicated for me.

Everything in my third-floor flat had to be transferred across town. Due to my heavy wooden dining table and bed frame, the process made me anxious. The crew worked quickly yet carefully and arrived on time. My bed was carefully disassembled and reassembled at the new location. They protected my fragile vases and dishes with blankets. I noticed how well they communicated during the move. I was very pleased with the service!
We did have a sectional that was able to be divided into several sections but it was difficult to get through the door. The movers were very careful to disassemble and reassemble it at the new location. All cushions and pieces were kept together.
I appreciate your positive enthusiasm. I didn't regret choosing this relocation company. The young lads handled my furniture and expensive stuff with such care.
From start to finish, Swift Shift Van Lines was top-notch! The office personnel was kind and helpful, and they planned our relocation two days after we contacted them. On moving day, our movers showed up on time and worked carefully. They were an hour faster than expected, and all of our furniture was in pristine shape when it arrived.
