WHAT A SHAME - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - HORRIBLE COMPANY

DON'T DO IT ! We came across swift shift van lines and it all started out good. Gave them the estimated inventory and they gave an estimated affordable quote. Robert Collins, the "senior relocation specialist" played us like a fiddle. Bunk beds apparently only have one matress. King beds don't have a box spring or a bedframe. Those are things they hit you with after you give them the deposit. So I price jumped drastically. Specifically, $2000.00 more than we planned. Jordan, the quality assurance associate, wasn't trying to help us at all. All he was focused on is getting the "rest of the deposit". Deposits are "non-refundable" so if you decide that this service is just not for you, they just keep your money. Even if you tell them that you just simply can not afford their services, they don't give your money back. They will drain you. Website says no surprises and it was a lie. Talked to the "manager" Olivia, told her we are no longer interested in your services and you can keep the initial deposit. All she said was deposits are non-refundable". Apparently, we only paid half the deposit up front so she that there was going to be another charge. Olivia didn't try to make things right, or offer any money back. Also, they will take your routing and account number off of your check and try to process unauthorized payments. At the end of the day, we canceled everything. They won't see another cent of our hard earned money. Now, I'm moving everything myself, just me, my girlfriend, our 6 month year old baby, 5 year old, and 9 year old. I do not recommended this company to anybody.

Sublime Experience!

I moved back to the city to be closer to my friends. The guys loaded the heavy treadmill and the weight rack from the basement. They used straps to keep the parts from shifting around. They make sure to deliver all the things safely to the new place, and this is what they did, and also they placed the treadmill in the house where I wanted it, which I appreciate.

delightful experience

My roommate and I decided to part ways, and we both hired Swift Shift Van Lines to move our separate stuff. The band of movers was really adept at splitting our furniture and boxes based on color-coded stickers we’d prepared. They didn’t mix up anything, which was a huge relief. They helped me fold my futon when I couldn’t figure out how to collapse it. The entire process was quick, efficient, and surprisingly enjoyable. Well worth every dollar.

William and his group were outstanding! They were thorough, quick, and on schedule. They also neatly wrapped everything. They assisted me without any issues throughout the 2 stops I had to make with my furniture. Without a doubt, I would suggest them!

Simple, Seamless and Satisfactory!!!

I needed a long distance move from Florida to North Carolina and I was scared about my antique dresser that my great aunt left me. Swift Shift Van Lines handled the whole thing without me driving behind the truck the entire way, like I originally planned to do. Phil put padding on every corner of that dresser and then wrapped it again with a blanket on top. The truck arrived in North Carolina three days later, and the driver called me when he was thirty minutes out so I could meet him there. It was a great service.

I’m impressed beyond measure at the service I got!

The crew was excellent during our apartment renovation. We appreciated our moving coordinator, Michael, for taking the initiative and managing the transfer. He kept us informed and ensured effective delivery and packaging. After packing, they stored our belongings in the company's facility until repairs were complete. We also appreciate his hassle-free service!

Very happy customer.

We had an office relocation with ten desks, several monitors, and filing cabinets. The movers labeled everything, packed electronics separately, and set up the desks again at the new space. I would recommend them to any business.
