The excellent job the movers performed packing my belongings astounded me, but what really won me over was the fact that they double-checked everything, I've never been so amazed before.
Swift Shift Van Lines impressed me with their service during our family's move a few weeks ago; they are reliable and efficient. They packed for a few hours straight without stopping, and a few days later, they delivered our stuff undamaged. I heartily urge anyone looking for a trustworthy moving company to give them a try.
They mishandled my refrigerator and washer during the move, leaving dents and scratches on both. When I pointed it out, they said it was my fault for not wrapping them, even though I paid extra for their professional wrapping service. I felt cheated and angry.
Jack arranged movers for my aunt’s downsizing. They carried her antique dresser, glass cabinet, and six boxes of keepsakes. The movers were patient and kind, which really made the whole day less stressful.
Our move was smooth because the team was so proactive. They laid down floor runners as soon as they entered. They had a system for loading the truck that maximized space. This company tells you what you want to hear & never follows up. Basically after you’ve paid they deliver lip service. I have moved 12 times previously & never had the problems that I encountered with Swift. On my moving day, nothing went right. The movers had not been notified of the updates I had made. I had to leave items behind due to the truck not having enough room. The customer service staff had no answers & made no compensations for the disaster this move was. Do Not waste your money or time with this unprofessional moving company.
Andrew and John were efficient and quick, but they also did a really good job. They know how to get things done fast and well.
Our house had a lot of heavy furniture—including an oversized sectional and a marble dining table. Swift Shift Van Lines handled it all with ease. They used lifting straps to carry the heavier items and disassembled the table to make it easier to transport. They wrapped each piece in thick blankets to protect against damage. Watching them lift and carry everything with such skill was impressive. They made moving heavy furniture look effortless, and everything arrived without a scratch.
Moving with this company was a breeze. The movers were well-organized and efficient, and they were also very friendly and helpful. They took great care with all the items and ensured no damage occurred during the relocation. Can't ask for a better service.
The consultant was quite sympathetic as I worked through some issues with the company. There are no hidden fees, making this a very attractive choice. It was a pleasure working with the movers.
