We are very happy with the services we received and will absolutely always use this company! Prices were amazing and so worth it!

Beware!! They send senior citizens for moving and then overcharge you. On top of that, they hijack your stuff and stop working till the payment is processed and drop off ... Read More Beware!! Read More Superior was highly recommended to me so it is unfortunate that I have to write about what should really be rated a “0-Star” experience. My move was first confirmed with an emailed arrival time from 9 to 11 AM. A phone call the day before the move confirmed arrival time between 9 AM and 10 AM. On move day there was no communication from Superior until I called them at 11:30 AM to inquire about their arrival time since they were an hour and a half late. I was told that they would call me back in five minutes. An hour passed and they did not return my call so I called again and was put on hold for 10 minutes until I hung up. My husband then called and he was told that they would arrive “sometime today” no time frame just said they would arrive today. Around 1:30 PM the owner, Mark called me to explain what happened with the truck. Allegedly their “brand new” moving truck that has a pod broke down twice and on the second breakdown, he was informed that the truck would not be operational for the day and needed to be towed to a repair shop. Mark was apologetic about this and I do understand that things happen however, I told Mark I needed him to help me solve the problem. We have settlement on the house we’re moving out of on Monday which means we needed to move on Saturday or Sunday. There was a really long pause by Mark and then he said "I’ve asked to refund your deposit money. I’m sorry I can’t help you, and then told me this is the busiest weekend of the year for moving companies and he didn’t have any available crew or trucks Saturday or Sunday." Perhaps if someone had informed me of what was happening earlier in the day, instead of ignoring my calls, I could have found another moving company as Mark recommended (immediately after telling me this is the busiest weekend for moving companies so not sure why he would think I’d have any luck.) So just remember when you hire Superior, they do not communicate well and they do not have a contingency plan when they fail. You will have a serious problem if you like most people do not have much flexibility when they’re moving. I’ve lived in other states and hired local professional moving companies three times and would say this has been by far the worst experience. Do not hire Superior if reliability is important to you.

Read More I had a terrible experience with Superior Moving. They lowballed their estimate and ended up charging me much more than originally quoted. The crew and truck provided were severely undersized for my needs, causing unnecessary delays and stress. To make matters worse, they falsely claimed I didn't sign up for a supplemental insurance policy, which I absolutely did. When I submitted a claim for my damaged furniture, the owner was condescending and rude, acting like an arrogant child. No receipt or invoice was provided, making the whole process even more frustrating. Avoid this company at all costs.
