Read More I was told I was going to be getting a better deal than if I'd worked with a broker, which might be true, but I would have preferred to have been connected through a broker that might have given me a mover with better service. It was clever as hell that they'd set up as a villain who they're better than, because it means no matter how bad the service was, I could imagine it being worse. Weeks without an update that I didn't initiate, an extra 500 dollar charge at the end because Sunstate apparently didn't see the fact that my apartment was in a complex despite the fact that my new address was the very first thing I gave them when we started doing business (but no there was no way to adequately prepare themselves or me for this last shuttle charge) and several of my objects came in broken and busted. The fact that they had the gall to mention they take tips when I was getting my stuff packed up the first time infuriates me. Genuinely- avoid at all costs. They squeezed me for a pretty penny but at least it's the last one. Don't let them do the same.

Communication on their arrival was accurate even they were delayed, they made calls to us to let us know. I would highly recommend them.

They were on time, very friendly, careful with everything, and I was amazed at how hard they worked. They went the extra mile and moved a recliner a few times until I found the right spot! Just appreciate nice young men who have good work ethics - they are a great asset to Sunstate Moving Company!

Time is of the essence as we are charge by the hour, and they did not slack or try to milk us out of our money. I highly recommend them.

In less than a day, you three took several rooms of possessions to local storage, stacked them as directed in an accessible manner, and helped us offload a lot of unusable stuff to the trash bin rented just for that purpose. Thanks for being kind, considerate, helpful, attentive, reliable, resourceful, honest and super-efficient!! Thank you again for your professionalism and attention-to-detail. We are looking forward to working with you 3 again soon for Part 2 of our moving project.
