Read More I've rented here in the past, and there is a reason I keep coming back for my storage needs! This time, I filled out everything online, which helped me save time at the check-in. Stacy, the property manager, gave me incredible customer service despite their new system throwing some hiccups her way. She was able to problem solve on the fly and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. The property itself is well maintained, and their gate access makes it so easy to drop things off whenever I need!

No help from company who I paid for the box for years, for nothing -as I have lost everything that I first rented the box to be ‘secure’ and safe'. I asked for a copy of their terms & conditions but I was ignored! No doubt because they are routinely broken into. They said they arn't linked to 'big yellow box' but they clearly are. Shocking waste of money as safer to leave valuables in the left luggage or something. These firms are a complete joke! Security wise
