Moving company in Lees Summit, MO
The space is smaller than described on contract and it is not temperature controlled either. The manager who works is no customer service skills and she is very rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Had a great experience at storage mart, attended was friendly and informative and made sure I had all information needed.
A great location that's out of the way and quiet. Each interaction I've had with the staff has been a top notch experience. Make sure to ask for Stacy, she is fantastic!
Stacy was very helpful getting me a storage unit on short notice before my deployment We'll be sure to contact them again for any future moves!
Stacy was awesome! And the storage unit was clean and easily accessible. I highly recommend StorageMart at Milton Thompson and 50hwy lees summit.
Stacy did a great job of connecting me with the storage unit I needed. She was courteous, efficient and fast.
Broken into my box by undoing 1 rivet. Must've taken a minute. No camera everything stolen! No help from company who I paid for the box for years, for nothing -as I have lost everything that I first rented the box to be ‘secure’ and safe'. I asked for a copy of their terms & conditions but I was ignored! No doubt because they are routinely broken into. They said they arn't linked to 'big yellow box' but they clearly are. Shocking waste of money as safer to leave valuables in the left luggage or something. These firms are a complete joke! Security wise
Stacy took great care of me and made sure I got the unit next to my other storage unit after I reserved it online. Friendly and easy to work with!
I had questions about billing and Stacey was absolutely the best to deal with. Great customer service! Trustworthy Movers
Hands down that best storage units in town! I will definitely be referring everyone I know to this site all because of Stacy. She was so friendly and helpful. She made renting a storage unit so easy. She was so knowledgeable in the size of storage unit I would need. Her office was so clean. THANK YOU STACY! You are the BEST!
