The crew was professional and polite. However, the move took 2x longer than estimated (6 hours vs. 3 hours). The crew did not have the proper plastic wrapping to protect ... Read More The crew was professional and polite. However, the move took 2x longer than estimated (6 hours vs. 3 hours). The crew did not have the proper plastic wrapping to protect the large furniture and used tape and blankets instead. The tape ruined the finish on my tv stand. Also, cords, screws, and shelf supports and were not organized or secured into before moving. I am now missing several screws for electronics and shelf supports for cabinets.

Read More In summary, a very very bad experience for us. We've used multiple movers both domestically and internationally, this was by far the worst. Stella Moving did not keep to agreed upon schedules, they repeatedly came without adequate packing supplies and as a result boxes were packed poorly and we experienced a lot of damage, they arrived on moving day with an undersized rental truck that could not fit our belongings which caused cascading events; truck had to be repeatedly packed & repacked, a personal car of one of the movers had to used for some of our belongings and we were 4 hours late on departure date. Most unprofessional & disappointing of all was the owners failure to respond to an email we sent outlining our experience and recommendations.
