Read More Despite giving them a detailed inventory of my belongings during the booking process, they arrived with a truck that was far too small. Half of my items couldn’t fit, and they told me I’d have to pay for a second trip. I ended up renting a truck myself to get the rest of my stuff moved. What’s the point of hiring a moving company if they can’t even plan properly?

What ever you do, do NOT hire this company to pack your valuables and move heavy furniture. We were referred to Spyder from our realtor at Mile Hi Modern, and it was a d ... Read More What ever you do, do NOT hire this company to pack your valuables and move heavy furniture. We were referred to Spyder from our realtor at Mile Hi Modern, and it was a disaster. The wrong packing tape was used (blue and orange tape are used for painting, not packing) and we ended up having to redo it all on our own. We also had to repair the frame of a very expensive painting as it was not packed properly. Then the sofa sleeper was moved from the 2nd floor to the 1st floor and we had to repair a hole in the drywall and repair a large indented scratch on the stair tread. To add insult to injury, we were then completely overcharged for the packing supplies (furniture pads, boxes and bubble wrap). The big lesson learned here is to hire packing professionals to pack your belongings and hire professional movers to move your stuff. Don't assume that movers know how to professionally pack!
