The movers canceled my move 10 minutes before they were scheduled to start. Due to lack of employees. Now I will have to pay for a hotel for the night since everything I own is packed. Having to hire a different company for the morning.

I have had a move scheduled with this company for around 2 to 3 weeks now. The move was supposed to be tomorrow and I got a text message today saying that it was rescheduled for a day that we no longer had the moving van. This is absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service. I am now driving halfway across the country with a baby and no help unloading my truck. Luckily, I found another company that is able to step in and unload me last minute. I would not recommend this company to anyone
The guys came on time and did the job patiently and perfectly. I must tell you my belongings were to be moved from a 5th-floor apartment to the ground floor and then to a condo. Because the lift was slow and the movers had to wait for around 7 minutes for the lift, the guys did a phenomenal job.
Movers were extremely professional and prepared to work. They did not waste a second and worked very efficiently. They treated my belongings like they were their own. I felt like a valued customer. I will be using Bellhops services again in the future.
Martin and his team worked diligently to ensure my satisfaction while they tackled the heavier lifting, including objects like my wing chairs and refrigerator. Nothing was damaged, thanks to the sturdy packing materials, which performed well over the lengthy cross-country trip.
Hired Bellhop to pack a Pack-Rat container. Sloppy, not thought out packing, cost us to have to move alot of heavy items ourselves. Upon unpacking, our dryer door was severely scratched, washing machine top scratched and dented, shattered massage chair remote. Been trying for a week to contact Customer Service. Definitely will never use again or recommend.
