I did not expect anyone to help me take the plastic wrap off my couch after the move. Sinatra Moving Group stayed an extra few minutes to unwrap everything and take the trash with them. I am so grateful!
I really didn't want to move my huge glassware and ceramic collection. The movers took extra precautions to protect all of my items, and they used custom crates for items that were fragile and delicate, and they treated each box with care. I was delighted to get it all together!
The crew leader strolled through the house before and after moving to make sure they had no special instructions or damage. There is not much more accountable than that.
There were a variety of boxes, furniture, and some bizarrely shaped objects. The crew worked very efficiently and seemed to have an effective approach to loading the truck. They set the heavier materials in place and separated the boxes. Overall, they executed the job extremely professionally.
We had a narrow step and up to about four pieces of furniture that we managed to get in through the doors. The movers didn't rush those pieces. I was worried about any damage to anything, but nothing was.
There were a few breakable things I had, such as mirrors, dishes and a glass coffee table. The crew wrapped up everything correctly and loaded carefully. All our furniture was carefully wrapped by them.
Team was on time and immediately started to load. All the goods were safely transported and delivered there without any significant problems.
The delicate items were taken care of by the movers. They packed all well and no damage was done. Their attention to detail was something we were so impressed with!
