Worse experience ever with moving. Was scheduled between 1 and 3. Never showed and never callled . When I called them they said there were problems and would come between ... Read More Worse experience ever with moving. Was scheduled between 1 and 3. Never showed and never callled . When I called them they said there were problems and would come between 4 and 5:15 pm. Never came and she called they said they would come in 30 minutes. Finally came at 6:30 pm . Three guys and a truck already loaded with 2 other moves, said they did not have enough room even though we had a contract listing the contents to be moved . The guys got in truck with no communication with us and just left . Customer service was unresponsive and when finally got a response at 7:30 pm said they would send a new truck and increased price by 200 dollars. This company is a scam and have never dealt with such unprofessional people ever . Called another company last minute, Perfect Movimg Company and they came within 30 minutes . Loaded up everything with excellent care. Do not ever use Seka, would rate them -negative 100

Waited until the items were in the truck outside the new apartment to tell me there was an extra $700 I had to pay or they would drive away with all my stuff. They movers ... Read More Waited until the items were in the truck outside the new apartment to tell me there was an extra $700 I had to pay or they would drive away with all my stuff. They movers were an hour late. They lost over $350 dollars worth of items and are currently not offering to reimburse anywhere close to the full amount. I am leaving this review in hopes of getting some of my money back. In total, it cost me almost $3000 to move items less than 10 blocks with SEKA moving.

Read More This was my second time using SekaMoving, the guys Todo, Nika, and Emiri were amazing to work with. These guys ensured that I will have the best and most professional service. They were punctual, they were helpful, they were very careful while moving easy- to- break objects. I will definitely use their services again and I recommend them 100%!

Read More Very disappointed with my move experience. Movers started late and then wanted to bill me for an extra hour even though they had a late start. The team that came also were extremely slow and inefficient with the move. There was a lot of time wasted and the team of 3 were not coordinated. They also did not pack things properly and handle my items well. After the move I have a tip ( that was no deserved but whatever) and was pressured to give more after a completely subpar job. There are many other options in nyc and I should’ve chosen another company.
