Michael and Pearson treated my stuff like it was their own. They were very gentle and cautious movers. They used a dolly and a ramp to transport the dresser without scratching or denting it. Read More The actual movers (Gerrick and Kenny) who picked up and delivered my things were good; professional, quick, and took care to not damage anything. I was, however, frustrated with the moving consultants and quality control reps. The only times I got any useful information for pick up and delivery times and dates were when I initiated those discussions myself and had to follow up. I know moving long distance is harder to plan out logistically, but I also know my boxes sat in Nashville for a full week before heading to DC even when a huge storm (Helene) was on the way. The delays and lack of communication caused a lot of chaos reserving the elevator and loading dock at my apartment unnecessarily.
