Read More I was afraid for the delicate items in my art collection but this crew knew exactly what to do with them. They used special packing materials and secured each item in the truck. When we arrived all the items were unpacked carefully, even helped me to arrange my sculptures in the new place.

Read More At 10 am, the movers covered all my furniture to prevent scratches. After covering my glass lampshades with paper, I placed them in boxes. Before moving, they checked each item to ensure safety. They folded my clothes and packed my laundry basket well!

These folks moved my parents. Everything went smoothly until after they picked up my parents belongings. After that communication was terrible. No way to track their belo ... Read More These folks moved my parents. Everything went smoothly until after they picked up my parents belongings. After that communication was terrible. No way to track their belongings as promised. No delivery date, they showed up unannounced without warning. Only one person was there to unload which included furniture, which could not be done so my parents had to send them away for the safety of the driver as well as their belongings. They use contractors so apparently it wasnt even their moving company. Not at all what my parents expected. Would not recommend to anyone that cares about communication and their material possessions.

Read More I used this company to move from Seattle to Denver, and it was the worst experience I've ever had moving. First, the group of guys that showed up at my house were probably hired from the parking lot of the local hardware store. Second, when my stuff arrived (what actually showed up) was damaged. Most of pictures and artwork was totally destroyed. You can't replace priceless works of art. Some of the paintings weren't even wrapped in anything. Yet, in other boxes, a shoe may have been overly wrapped in bubble wrap. There was no methodology in how things were packed. Thank God I brought my instruments in my own car because my skis were missing and so were the nostalgic collector's items. Previously when moving across the country, I used a POD. Going forward, I will either use a POD or pay a local moving company extra to move me across the country. I will NEVER use a national moving company again.

My belongings were pickup from my home in Maryland on 4/16/25 and I am still waiting for my belongings to arrive to Louisiana. Today is 5/8/25. I've been on hold on for 6 ... Read More My belongings were pickup from my home in Maryland on 4/16/25 and I am still waiting for my belongings to arrive to Louisiana. Today is 5/8/25. I've been on hold on for 6 minutes now waiting from a representative to provide updates. Very poor customer service. The last two times I called Saveway Moving Company, the representatives stated that my belongings was in a warehouse in New Jersey, waiting on a driver. Very disappointed in this company! As I end this review note, I am still on hold, waiting for someone to pick up the call.

Read More We were trying to do everything ourselves, but as the day approached, we realized we just couldn’t handle it alone. We called these movers last minute, and they were available for an emergency move that same afternoon. They arrived quickly and worked efficiently. We can’t believe how smooth the move went after so much last-minute scrambling. They saved the day for sure!

Luckily, the movers we hired from this company weren’t put off by the challenge and took it on happily. They handled every box, dresser, and floor-length mirror with ease and care. Thanks to their handling, our things arrived unscathed!

They completed the packing and unpacking of a two-bedroom house in record time following an extensive journey. They exceeded my expectations and finished all of my requests. Will use them again certainly in future.
