Read More This broker runs a traditional bait and switch scam. The claim, after the deposit is paid, is that the "website made a quoting error." They wait until after the vehicle is picked up to communicate at all, then tell you they want more money. If you don't pay up, they will try to hold your vehicle hostage. Unfortunately, once the vehicle is picked up, there is little the customer can do to actually get their own vehicle.

I contacted the responsible agent, who requested photos by email, which I sent—but I never received payment. I then attempted multiple times to reach the company using the contact information listed on my dispatch sheet. After several unsuccessful attempts to collect payment, an agent finally called me back and was extremely rude and disrespectful. He called me “stupid” and said he did not care whether I got paid or not. This experience was highly unprofessional, and I would not recommend working with this company.
