Went in on Saturday morning and Elaine and Ariel were awesome!diagnosed my truck and were able to tell me the issues with it,unfortunately they weren't able to fix it l was very greatful that they were able to see me on such short notice 🙂

Reserved trucks on Friday for Monday Paid in full On Monday the store I went to said my trucks were at the other Doral store, the other Doral store sent me to Hialeah to see James, he had my trucks, got there jim was on lunch they had no reservation on record there sent me back to the original store where after hours of run around the national rental director told me over the phone they had no trucks available at all. The event date I needed the trucks for passed I had no trucks, they won't give a refund because they have trucks available now after I don't need the trucks
