Moving company in Charleston, SC
I had a stressful experience with this moving company. There were delays and communication problems throughout the move. The team could have been much more organized and professional. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service.
Everything was well organized and impressed. Excellent communication, careful movers and no damage to any of our items.
The business relocation was successful, and there was no disruption. Quick, efficient and professional movers.
The move was a bit stressful, since it began raining as they were loading the truck. My furniture and boxes were done properly before being moved outside. No rain affected or damaged anything. They were very well equipped.
We moved to another state and it was a well planned move, R&S Movers were very good in doing everything. They communicated with us all along the way, provided us with everything at the proper time and made sure that all items arrived in good order. We were very confident from the outset, as they had moved me long distances before. Extremely good service from a really great group.
The delivery took longer than the planned schedule in this sample scenario. I was expecting the belongings earlier and had arranged other plans around that timing. The lack of timely updates made the delay more inconvenient. The scheduling could have been handled more effectively.
The crew did not seem as prepared as expected for a household move. Loading took longer than planned, and some boxes were stacked without much organization. The experience was more stressful than it needed to be.
We recently moved from Charleston to Mount Pleasant, and had a very smooth move with R&S Movers. The team was organized, friendly and professional from the initial call to the final box being dropped off in our new home. They were on time with all the equipment, wrapped all the furniture and treated it as their own. They worked well and quickly, without scratching or damaging anything. The price quoted was the same as the actual price, there were no hidden costs. I can definitely see why they're so well-known around here.
The going was stressful, but this team made it easy! Friendly people and outstanding customer service.
We took several delicate family heirlooms with us and was very worried about moving these with us. Fortunately, the movers were able to pack everything in a secure and safe manner and were careful with all the boxes. All goods were delivered without any damage. They were very detailed and professional so we really had no worries.
