Customer Highlights

Sep 11, 2026

Extremely good service from a really great group.

We moved to another state and it was a well planned move, R&S Movers were very good in doing everything. They communicated with us all along the way, provided us with everything at the proper time and made sure that all items arrived in good order. We were very confident from the outset, as they had moved me long distances before. Extremely good service from a really great group.

Thanks for the awesome move.

Everything was well organized and impressed. Excellent communication, careful movers and no damage to any of our items.

Rude.

The delivery took longer than the planned schedule in this sample scenario. I was expecting the belongings earlier and had arranged other plans around that timing. The lack of timely updates made the delay more inconvenient. The scheduling could have been handled more effectively.

I’m so glad I chose them to help with my move.

We had to relocate some heavy furniture in the bedroom at our new home. The stairs were steep, but the movers were familiar with the terrain. They handled all the items with great care and laid them down as I directed.

The additional support was a great help.

The team helped to secure some boxes that weren't packed properly before loading. They provided great suggestions and ensured that nothing was opened during the move. The additional support was a great help.

Do not use!!! Beware!!

I had a stressful experience with this moving company. There were delays and communication problems throughout the move. The team could have been much more organized and professional. Overall, I was not satisfied with the service.

Happy to Hire them.

The whole process from the first phone call to the final box offloading was professional. The crew was on hand to work quickly but not rush, took proper care of the furniture, and even assisted with positioning certain items where we wanted them.

I expected better care.

After unpacking, I found a cracked picture frame and a damaged lamp. These items were packed by the movers, so I was disappointed with the handling. I expected better care.
