Read More The service I received from beginning to end exceeded all my expectations! If you're shopping around for movers, I would save some time and give RMC a call. Not only do they have the best prices in the bay, they have the best customer service as well. I spoke with Kristian who was really helpful in answering my numerous questions and quickly providing the necessary documentation requested from my HOA. On the morning of the move, we received a text notification and call from the movers. Our movers, Jamal and Malik, were punctual, friendly, and respectful. After our walk through, they wasted no time and got straight to work. The moving coordinator at our new building complimented Jamal and Malik stating that they move fast compared to others movers from other companies. After the move, Nick called for a brief follow up just to make sure the move went smoothly. We really appreciated that as most movers don't follow up and offer to take feedback.
