Moving company in Van Nuys, CA
Nick and Tim did a great job today with helping me moving my one bedroom apartment, super professional.
The moving crew’s service at my domestic move was A-one They had all the packing supplies and they even had the tools to dismantle my furniture, dining table and bookcase. It was very convenient for me since I wouldn’t have been able to do that on my own. Later, they packed every item meticulously and ensured that they put furniture blankets, coverings and extra padding where it was necessary. I recommend them highly!
I couldn't be happier with the experience. They carefully assessed my belongings and provided a detailed plan, ensuring all my delicate items were properly packed and protected.
Kyle and his team were amazing! They were polite, friendly and efficient, completing the job faster than the estimated time. They also did a great job wrapping our furniture. Would highly recommend!
Today I had the absolute pleasure of moving with Nick and Norman. Not only are they kind but they are extremely respectful - both of your property and items. They take extreme measures to ensure that every last piece of furniture safely arrives to it's destination. I couldn't believe how hard these guys work!!! Couldn't be happier with my choice of movers and with the service they provided.
Be warned. Hired Rockstar for a move from LA to TX. I chose them because of their very competitive quote. Big mistake. When they were onsite (6 hours late) the price increased $2000. I also had paid a lot extra $$ for expedited shipping. Which means our belongings would move in a truck alone--not combined with multiple loads. And arrive in 3 business days. After waiting and waiting and waiting (and our once responsive Rockstar phone reps not answering our calls). Our stuff arrived ten days late--and combined on a huge truck with several other moves. There was only one guy from Rockstar unloading and they had two local guys doing all of the work. They broke light fixtures on the walls and bailed before our furniture was re-assembled (which was also part of the deal). After several calls I was promised a very small refund to reimburse for the late shipping but that never happened. They stopped returning calls and ghosted me until I gave up. ZERO STARS. BEWARE of this scam company.
Super professional and hard working! I would happily use their services again. Everything arrived in top notch condition.
Great day! Tim and his crew worked hard and got our stuff moved without a hitch. Loved that I could pay with Zelle! They had creative solutions to some of my weird items. I felt I was in good hands!
Nick and Batyr were great. They arrived on time, worked quickly and were friendly and helpful. The booking process was easy as well. Highly recommend.
Archie and his team were fantastic, fast, peofesional, and a wonder to work with. Second time using this company and will not be the last!
