Hired Rockstar for a move from LA to TX. I chose them because of their very competitive quote. Big mistake. When they were onsite (6 hours late) the price increased $2000. I also had paid a lot extra $$ for expedited shipping. Which means our belongings would move in a truck alone--not combined with multiple loads. And arrive in 3 business days. After waiting and waiting and waiting (and our once responsive Rockstar phone reps not answering our calls). Our stuff arrived ten days late--and combined on a huge truck with several other moves. There was only one guy from Rockstar unloading and they had two local guys doing all of the work. They broke light fixtures on the walls and bailed before our furniture was re-assembled (which was also part of the deal). After several calls I was promised a very small refund to reimburse for the late shipping but that never happened. They stopped returning calls and ghosted me until I gave up. ZERO STARS. BEWARE of this scam company.

They take extreme measures to ensure that every last piece of furniture safely arrives to it's destination. I couldn't believe how hard these guys work!!! Couldn't be happier with my choice of movers and with the service they provided.

Read More The moving crew’s service at my domestic move was A-one They had all the packing supplies and they even had the tools to dismantle my furniture, dining table and bookcase. It was very convenient for me since I wouldn’t have been able to do that on my own. Later, they packed every item meticulously and ensured that they put furniture blankets, coverings and extra padding where it was necessary. I recommend them highly!
