RoadRunner Auto Transport Claim Business?

they handled everything very well.

First time transporting a car across country and was pleasantly surprised! The price was fair and the service was excellent. They kept in contact the entire time with updates and delivered the car on time. I anticipated the delivery date would be different due to weather, road conditions etc but it was there as promised. I recommend Roadrunner auto transport

Friendly and helpful guys!

My car arrived, exactly as promised, in great shape. Sure happy I did not have to drive it from Oakland harbor to Oregon. The driver had great communications and delivered it personally to my driveway. Thank you.

Pleasant and Proficient!

Excellent service with our cross-country (Florida to California) vehicle shipping. Pickup and delivery times were as notified via email message and phone call. Very careful handling of the loading and unloading of our vehicle. Absolutely no damage. The drivers were very courteous and efficient. We will definitely use RoadRunner Auto Transport if we have another need for auto transport.

It all worked out well!

Great customer service! Upfront about payment if charged extra for weight! Delivered my car the day I was told with an early time. Communication is on point! I would definitely go through this company again! Thank you

Worst customer service

Company was reaching out to me about a vehicle I no longer owned. When I informed them that the new owner had a fraudulant charge by them for $270 they hung up on me.

Simple, Seamless and Satisfactory!!!

I couldn't wait to provide a stunning review for Peter and RoadRunner Auto Transport following an overall great experience and such amazing service!! The transport of my new (used) purple Scion to me in Florida from Minnesota was smooth and flawless, and Peter, the driver, was very pleasant, communicated accurate time frames the day of delivery, and efficiently coordinated my receipt of the vehicle. Thank you Peter, and RoadRunner! I would gladly recommend your business for any car transportation needs!!!

If I could do zero star I would

I am a transporter that used to haul for Road Runner. I hauled several cars for their customers....and then Road Runner never paid me. They are on my blacklist.

They moved our things with care.

Working with Road Runner was a great experience. They kept me informed through every step of the way. The driver was exceptional, communicative and took great care of my race car. Highly recommend for anyone interested in transporting their vehicle.
