Moving company in Bethpage, NY
Great customer service! Upfront about payment if charged extra for weight! Delivered my car the day I was told with an early time. Communication is on point! I would definitely go through this company again! Thank you
Excellent service with our cross-country (Florida to California) vehicle shipping. Pickup and delivery times were as notified via email message and phone call. Very careful handling of the loading and unloading of our vehicle. Absolutely no damage. The drivers were very courteous and efficient. We will definitely use RoadRunner Auto Transport if we have another need for auto transport.
Excellent service! Picked up car when scheduled and delivered car to destination a day early! Would definitely use this company again
Working with Road Runner was a great experience. They kept me informed through every step of the way. The driver was exceptional, communicative and took great care of my race car. Highly recommend for anyone interested in transporting their vehicle.
First time transporting a car across country and was pleasantly surprised! The price was fair and the service was excellent. They kept in contact the entire time with updates and delivered the car on time. I anticipated the delivery date would be different due to weather, road conditions etc but it was there as promised. I recommend Roadrunner auto transport
This was my first time using a transport service. And RoadRunner is great my car was delivered on time and l would recommend anybody to use this service!!
Awful experience. I booked a shipment two weeks in advance and gave them a period of 6 days to pick the car up. They canceled my shipment the day before and didn’t tell me. I only found out after googling the transport company’s info after waiting all day and calling them directly. When I finally got ahold of roadrunner they gave me some clearly made up excuse and said they would get back to me and then stopped answering all together. If I could rate this -5 stars I would.
Entire process was great. From customer service, to booking, picking up vehicle and delivering above expectations!
Awesome experience, very good communication and great customer service when we had to reschedule. Car was delivered from TX to NC with no issues, will definitely use again in the future !
Roadrunner did an incredible job for us. They communicated well and often and went out of their way to deliver ahead of schedule despite issues at the dealership and massive floods in Florida. The delivery driver was professional, courteous, and patient.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. RoadRunner Auto Transport holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
