RoadRunner Auto Transport Claim Business?

they handled everything very well.

First time transporting a car across country and was pleasantly surprised! The price was fair and the service was excellent. They kept in contact the entire time with updates and delivered the car on time. I anticipated the delivery date would be different due to weather, road conditions etc but it was there as promised. I recommend Roadrunner auto transport

Friendly and helpful guys!

My car arrived, exactly as promised, in great shape. Sure happy I did not have to drive it from Oakland harbor to Oregon. The driver had great communications and delivered it personally to my driveway. Thank you.

These people suck!!

Awful experience. I booked a shipment two weeks in advance and gave them a period of 6 days to pick the car up. They canceled my shipment the day before and didn’t tell me. I only found out after googling the transport company’s info after waiting all day and calling them directly. When I finally got ahold of roadrunner they gave me some clearly made up excuse and said they would get back to me and then stopped answering all together. If I could rate this -5 stars I would.

It all worked out well!

Great customer service! Upfront about payment if charged extra for weight! Delivered my car the day I was told with an early time. Communication is on point! I would definitely go through this company again! Thank you

Pleasant and Proficient!

Excellent service with our cross-country (Florida to California) vehicle shipping. Pickup and delivery times were as notified via email message and phone call. Very careful handling of the loading and unloading of our vehicle. Absolutely no damage. The drivers were very courteous and efficient. We will definitely use RoadRunner Auto Transport if we have another need for auto transport.

If I could do zero star I would

I am a transporter that used to haul for Road Runner. I hauled several cars for their customers....and then Road Runner never paid me. They are on my blacklist.

Very happy customer.

RoadRunner and their carrier All State Transport did a fantastic job. Quick booking, real time tracking over the 5 days from pick up to delivery. Both PickUp and DropOff went very smooth.
