AVOID AT ALL COST!

Trucks taped together with duct tape. Realized items missing after delivery and unpacking. I moved 1/2 way across the country and had issues with both pick-up & delivery. The men that picked up my boxes wanted additional money - 2/3 the amount as the original contract. They also didn’t take everything I’d packed. I was supposed to be given 24 hr notice of delivery time. I got called mid morning for an early evening delivery, which ruined plans I’d made since I didn’t expect them that day. I still haven’t finished unpacking but do know my expensive Kirby vacuum and my crafting table did not arrive. I only shipped 2 pieces of furniture - the crafting table & a rocking chair, everything else was boxes.

Worst Joke Ever.

If I could give negative stars, I would gladly do so. I got my items shipped from South Carolina to Texas and had the worst experience possible. My 500$ couch had mice infestation at delivery. Till today, I am so glad that I found the issue at delivery. I can't imagine the stress that I would have undergone if I didn't notice the mice moving in the couch. I immediately asked to put the couch back into the truck. It showed that couch was probably left lying in a warehouse somewhere without any protection whatsoever. Please, please take all the negative reviews seriously and get your items shipped through a reputable company. Yes, it would cost a couple of 1000$ more, but it's insignificant compared to the tremendous stress that one would likely undergo if choosing a company like Revolution Van Lines. Stay away!!!
