Professionalism at Its Best
I highly recommend Kramer’s Piano Shop. They have been exceptionally professional and courteous in the two encounters I’ve had with them thus far! I acquired a piano second-hand through a private transaction and Kramer’s helped facilitate the move of that piano. When you call their store, a friendly associate answers. They have an online form for piano moves that is easy to fill out. They had availability to move the piano very soon after I inquired. They moved the piano securely and efficiently all while making it look easy! Mr. Kramer himself and his associate Terry delivered the piano and they were both very friendly, it was nice to meet them! Mr. Kramer suggested I wait about a month to have the piano tuned to allow the piano to adjust to the acoustics of my home. Then like clockwork a month later Kramer’s Piano Shop called me to set up the tuning! They again had availability soon after they recommended the tuning. Excellent customer service!! Mr. Marshall was also very friendly and tuned the piano with great attention to detail. He was thorough to explain to me his process and also to give his analysis of the piano after he finished his tuning. On both occasions Kramer’s was on time, professional, polite, friendly, knowledgable and just really pleasant to work with! I will certainly work with them again in the future for any piano related services.
