If something goes wrong while moving, it could be upsetting, but it's not when it is moving with one company. They handled the situation professionally and immediately fixed one of the lamps. That's a level of responsibility that is very significant for me.
The movers had no problem with our delicate belongings. We had a few framed pictures, several mirrors, glass shelves and a few pieces of furniture that were important to us. They wrapped and secured everything before putting it on the truck. I noticed they were extra careful around corners and doorways. There were no cracked or scratched items when we arrived at our new home.
The relocation was handled with good planning from beginning to end. The crew worked efficiently while still being careful with our belongings. Furniture and boxes were unloaded neatly at the new home. The whole moving process was well coordinated.
I was not too sure of the idea of hiring movers, but after this experience I will never move without movers again! The team was very effective, pleasant, and attentive. They did something that I was dreading and made it very easy. Recommended 100%!

The two things I worried about most were our dining table and sofa. Well, I didn't have to, blankets, straps, no scratches. They even gave us ideas for arranging the furniture when we moved into the new house! Little thing, but it meant a lot.
Overall, Reliable Van Lines provided us with a positive moving experience. Professional, hard working and very careful with our belongings, this was the crew. They handled the hard-to-move furniture well and helped get all the furnishings into the proper rooms. Moving is always stressful, but an organized and respectful crew made a difference.
The hard-working crew worked tirelessly throughout the morning, doing all of the loading and unloading without taking any long breaks, and finished the job promptly.
This company was above and beyond expectations. They did not miss the deadline, were friendly and very careful about our possessions. They never slowed down, kept their spirits high, after many hours of moving.
