Order # TX-55219 was for a "upright" acoustic piano move. The movers arrived in Truck #T-305 and set up the aluminum pull out ramp and fastened the piano to a special skid board. The exterior was shrunk wrapped for protection of the finish. The flawless execution, from start to finish.
I was in the process of moving out of a rental that had furniture and had to be careful of what property was my own. The movers moved as per the inventory that I gave them and did not move anything else. That attention to detail was appreciated!
This company was above and beyond expectations. They did not miss the deadline, were friendly and very careful about our possessions. They never slowed down, kept their spirits high, after many hours of moving.
The movers had no problem with our delicate belongings. We had a few framed pictures, several mirrors, glass shelves and a few pieces of furniture that were important to us. They wrapped and secured everything before putting it on the truck. I noticed they were extra careful around corners and doorways. There were no cracked or scratched items when we arrived at our new home.
I adored their openness! The labor, transportation charge, and packing supplies were all included in the quote. There were no surprises. Nothing more could have been asked for!
The hard-working crew worked tirelessly throughout the morning, doing all of the loading and unloading without taking any long breaks, and finished the job promptly.
The two things I worried about most were our dining table and sofa. Well, I didn't have to, blankets, straps, no scratches. They even gave us ideas for arranging the furniture when we moved into the new house! Little thing, but it meant a lot.
The moving team arrived prepared with the necessary equipment and worked steadily throughout the day. They treated the belongings with care and completed the relocation efficiently. Communication remained clear from beginning to end.
