The hard-working crew worked tirelessly throughout the morning, doing all of the loading and unloading without taking any long breaks, and finished the job promptly.
The crew was organized and attentive throughout the home move. They prepared the furniture before transportation and handled the household belongings carefully. Everything arrived at the new house and was unloaded according to plan.
The unloading process was poorly organized and took more time than necessary. Several boxes ended up in the wrong areas, which made unpacking difficult. Better planning and communication would have helped.
Order # TX-55219 was for a "upright" acoustic piano move. The movers arrived in Truck #T-305 and set up the aluminum pull out ramp and fastened the piano to a special skid board. The exterior was shrunk wrapped for protection of the finish. The flawless execution, from start to finish.
The two things I worried about most were our dining table and sofa. Well, I didn't have to, blankets, straps, no scratches. They even gave us ideas for arranging the furniture when we moved into the new house! Little thing, but it meant a lot.
My overall experience with the moving service was disappointing. The crew was slow at certain points and several instructions were overlooked during the move. Communication could also have been much clearer. I expected a smoother and more reliable service.
The whole moving process was handled very professionally. The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently without rushing through the job. They were careful with my furniture and boxes throughout the move. Everything went smoothly, and I was very pleased with the service.
If something goes wrong while moving, it could be upsetting, but it's not when it is moving with one company. They handled the situation professionally and immediately fixed one of the lamps. That's a level of responsibility that is very significant for me.
I adored their openness! The labor, transportation charge, and packing supplies were all included in the quote. There were no surprises. Nothing more could have been asked for!
I was not too sure of the idea of hiring movers, but after this experience I will never move without movers again! The team was very effective, pleasant, and attentive. They did something that I was dreading and made it very easy. Recommended 100%!
