Their team arrived with custom-fit crates for my fragile equipment and offered to transport my temperature-sensitive camera lenses in a climate-controlled van—I didn’t know that was an option! They used zip ties to secure my cables and neatly packed everything so it was easy to set up at the new space. Everyone I talked to at work was really helpful, informed, and professional. I was worried about packing and the lengthy drive from AZ to NY, but Regal Van Lines made it all go well. There was no damage or breakage.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
I booked Regal Van Lines to relocate a large amount of office furniture from our current workspace to a new location across town. There were cubicles, chairs, computers, and a multitude of cords that I didn't expect. The crew knew how to break things down without damaging anything and even helped label a few parts for setup later. They were organized, efficient, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.
My initial contact with them made me confident about the excellent service they would provide. The team demonstrated professionalism along with organization and worked hard to execute a trouble-free move. The staff took special care of my possessions while maintaining my comfort at all times during the moving process.
