The personnel was fantastic; they were prompt, friendly, and very careful with my possessions. They were incredibly thoughtful in every manner, even though they did not waste any time.
They do not deserve 1 star. Beware, they will bait and switch you on your move. Our original estimate was $2900. On our quality assurance call 5 days before move they said it was now going to be $9400. Sabrina and Amy are very rude.
I tried to use Regal Van Lines for my move from Staten Island to Florida. They took a 1500.00 partial deposit from me. As it progressed closer to my move they kept increasing the cost. I was very explicit that I wasn’t going to give them the higher prices and wanted out. I dealt with Donald, Mitch and Scott. They have stolen the deposit and no move occurred. My loft had awkward beams and tons of vintage decor, so I was sure the movers would struggle. Instead, they methodically surveyed my place before lifting a single box. They used these thick blankets and foam shields around every corner to avoid gouges in the wood columns. My old metal sign collection—some of them with sharp edges—was handled with extreme caution. They loaded everything like a live-action, making use of every square inch in the truck. Unloading was just as smooth, with boxes arriving in the right rooms because they stuck color-coded labels on them all. Super organized from start to finish.
I stored my belongings in a friend's garage for a couple of months while waiting for my new lease to begin. Most of it was in boxes, plus a mattress and a TV. The movers showed up right on time and handled everything without any drama. It felt easy, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
The movers were fantastic with our children's belongings when I moved my little family to a new home. They ensured that all items were in boxes that my toddler could easily open and took special care with the nursery furnishings. When my kid wanted to show them her beloved stuffed animal, the staff was attentive and treated her belongings as though they were precious. Really reduced the stress of the relocation!
Even though it is never simple to move with dogs, the crew was great. They made sure my dog was out of harm's way and helped me arrange her bed and toys as soon as I arrived at the new place. It had immense significance for me.
Loved how carefully they treated my things! I had a bunch of oddly shaped, DIY furniture pieces that I was sure would confuse the movers, but they measured everything before loading, packed with custom padding, and got it all into the truck without disassembling anything. Super efficient and careful!
Our office needed some large pieces of furniture moved internally and some other items removed. All the movers were professional, kind and took the extra care to ensure was cared for. They did a great job in a relatively quick time.
My office was filled with electronics and paperwork, so I had to move. Matthew and the team saved lives! They checked everything and helped me sort my boxes. David meticulously labeled everything. When loading the vehicle, they wrapped my printers and monitors in cardboard and bubble wrap as if they were handling millions of dollars. They even provided extra wrapping for my fragile items! Donald set up my PC and workspace at the new job.
