Regal Van Lines made my move so much easier than I ever imagined. From start to finish, their team was friendly, attentive, and treated my belongings like their own. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
What I appreciated most was their honesty. No hidden fees, no sudden price hikes, and no cut corners. They loaded everything carefully, making sure fragile boxes weren’t stacked under heavy ones. They called me when they found an envelope with cash in one of my dresser drawers—talk about integrity! They set up my bed frame, plugged in my appliances, and gave me a moving checklist for my next move. This is a company that truly cares about customers.
Additionally, Ben went above and above to address any queries or worries I had. Ben has always going above and beyond to make sure I was a happy and successful trader, whether it was by providing technical support or breaking down complicated trading concepts

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
I tried to use Regal Van Lines for my move from Staten Island to Florida. They took a 1500.00 partial deposit from me. As it progressed closer to my move they kept increasing the cost. I was very explicit that I wasn’t going to give them the higher prices and wanted out. I dealt with Donald, Mitch and Scott. They have stolen the deposit and no move occurred. My office was filled with electronics and paperwork, so I had to move. Matthew and the team saved lives! They checked everything and helped me sort my boxes. David meticulously labeled everything. When loading the vehicle, they wrapped my printers and monitors in cardboard and bubble wrap as if they were handling millions of dollars. They even provided extra wrapping for my fragile items! Donald set up my PC and workspace at the new job.

Leaving a third-floor apartment without an elevator made me nervous about how difficult it would be. But the movers made it look simply. As they painlessly lowered everything down the stairs, they never once complained. Nothing was missing from my belongings because of how carefully they handled them. Upon arrival at my new place, they wasted no time unloading everything and even helped me arrange my stuff.
