I called in and got a quote from this company early May and representative Nicholas Delgado was extremely vigilant with my families estimate. Asked the right questions, showed me what to look for in other quotes, the protect your move websites, everything and above. I decided to go with them after receiving about 4 quotes and the three movers who showed up did a great job with packing and loading my furniture and boxes (good communication and attention to detail again) the same crew moved my inherited grandmothers spinet piano from A to B without a scratch as well as the other furniture articles. I would recommend these guys again! Thanks again to the two wonderful guys who helped and the agents at Regal Van lines for a smooth move to our new home in New York.
Regal Van Lines made my move so much easier than I ever imagined. From start to finish, their team was friendly, attentive, and treated my belongings like their own. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Leaving a third-floor apartment without an elevator made me nervous about how difficult it would be. But the movers made it look simply. As they painlessly lowered everything down the stairs, they never once complained. Nothing was missing from my belongings because of how carefully they handled them. Upon arrival at my new place, they wasted no time unloading everything and even helped me arrange my stuff.
We only needed help moving furniture because we’d already moved the boxes ourselves. Their movers showed up with blankets, tools, and lifting straps, and took care of every piece like it was brand new. Even helped us reassemble the bed after delivery. We couldn’t have asked for more!
I used Regal Van Lines for a move from a townhouse into a smaller space, and the layout made everything harder than it needed to be. Tight corners, low ceilings, all of it. They stayed calm, figured it out, and didn’t damage a thing. They brought tools, took apart a bed frame for me, and even helped reassemble it. I was really impressed by how smooth it all went.

I'd labeled everything, and the movers followed every instruction without needing reminders. They handled the monitors and wires with care and even helped me arrange the desks in the new space. I was back up and working the next morning. Honestly, it was one of the easiest parts of the move.
I tried to use Regal Van Lines for my move from Staten Island to Florida. They took a 1500.00 partial deposit from me. As it progressed closer to my move they kept increasing the cost. I was very explicit that I wasn’t going to give them the higher prices and wanted out. I dealt with Donald, Mitch and Scott. They have stolen the deposit and no move occurred. My queen-size bed, dresser, and large mirror were all well cared for. They skilfully dismantled and reassembled the bed, shielding the mirror with cardboard and bubble wrap. It arrived in pristine shape.
