The crew was incredibly patient and kind, asking where things should go and making sure my parents felt comfortable during the process. Their furniture and family keepsakes were packed thoughtfully. It was a long day, but the team made it feel calm and respectful from beginning to end.

It wasn't ideal to move during a snowfall, but they made it easy. They took expert care of our kitchen equipment and glassware, and they covered our upholstered furniture with waterproof coverings. To keep things tidy, the crew laid down floor runners. They handle our art collection and plants with great precision.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
I tried to use Regal Van Lines for my move from Staten Island to Florida. They took a 1500.00 partial deposit from me. As it progressed closer to my move they kept increasing the cost. I was very explicit that I wasn’t going to give them the higher prices and wanted out. I dealt with Donald, Mitch and Scott. They have stolen the deposit and no move occurred. Although packing our delicate ceramics collection was daunting, the movers took great care to treat each item. For optimal protection, they packed, cushioned, and padded every component. Because of their superb packing, we received our collection undamaged. They have our sincere gratitude!
Loved this company they were efficient and quick delivery 🚚!! Will definitely be using them again for future moving needs, movers were Awesome and polite.
