Our move operator, William, was available to assist us every step of the way. He made sure his crew arrived on time on moving day and came prepared with custom packing supplies for our equipment. They packed everything with special care and delivered everything safely to us within the quoted time. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
William helped me unload the kitchen and set up the spice rack in the new place. He joked, “This is where the magic happens!” The move was joyful thanks to the little details. I would reach out to him again for my next move!
When I called Regal Van Lines, Jack answered and immediately helped me feel at ease. I had to move long-distance with several fragile items, including some handmade furniture and delicate ceramics. They walked me through the process, helped with packing tips, and the movers followed through exactly as described. It felt well-organized from start to finish, and everything showed up intact. I'm so glad I trusted them with this move.
