The movers were prepared to work when they came on time. Our enormous furniture was handled well by John, who disassembled and reassembled it without any problems. Charles packed all of our clothing and breakables with lots of cushioning. They were professional, prompt, and effective. They also assisted us with last-minute packing.

The team helped us split the delivery into 2 phases – essential items to the livable space, and the rest into storage. They coordinated both legs without confusion, kept detailed inventory records, and returned with the second half once the house was fully ready. Their flexibility and organization were key to pulling this off!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
