My new puppy kept trying to chase their rolling tool bag with a squeaky wheel. They didn’t mind and actually petted him while loading the boxes onto the truck.
I tried to use Regal Van Lines for my move from Staten Island to Florida. They took a 1500.00 partial deposit from me. As it progressed closer to my move they kept increasing the cost. I was very explicit that I wasn’t going to give them the higher prices and wanted out. I dealt with Donald, Mitch and Scott. They have stolen the deposit and no move occurred. I would give this shady company a zero. Do not use them. Very dishonest people. S. DeCrescenzo

My job required a last-minute transfer across state lines. I barely had time to pack, but Regal Van Lines experts took care of everything. The crew was incredibly fast yet thorough, and they had the truck loaded by early afternoon. Delivery was just as seamless!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
Loved this company they were efficient and quick delivery 🚚!! Will definitely be using them again for future moving needs, movers were Awesome and polite.
Outstanding work by our movers. They worked so fast and protected 3 of my antique glass cabinets and transported them to my new home with no damage whatsoever. You can really see they are extremely skilled at what they do. Great work guys; I am so happy with the overall quality of service!
