Regal may offer low prices, but it comes at a high cost. They show no regard for their customers—promising a delivery date and price, only to hand you off to a different shipper who’s completely unaware of the agreed terms. From that point on, you’re stuck dealing with delays and confusion. Regal’s customer service is unhelpful at best and dismissive at worst. They take no responsibility, instead blaming everything on the carrier they chose to broker. If reliability, accountability, and basic communication matter to you, steer clear.

I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
The personnel was kind, and the service was top-notch. Everything was in perfect condition when it arrived at my new home, and they finished quickly without cutting corners. Everyone looking for a trouble-free move should seriously consider this option.
I was hesitant to move my office since it seemed like a big job, but the company handled everything easily. They organized all their things by labeling them which made it simple to get started in their new home. I was most worried about our sensitive IT items, yet they took special care of every monitor, printer and cable. When dinnertime came, we had finished cleaning and could get back to what we were doing before.
A photographer on the moving crew captured every moment of the relocation, resulting in an exquisite photographic account of our move to our new residence. We will always remember these memories.
This was by far the best moving experience we've ever had. The men were professional, prompt, efficient and a joy to work with. I would highly recommend this moving company.
