I contacted Regal Van Lines to help with moving my elderly parents into a senior living apartment. The crew was incredibly patient and kind, asking where things should go and making sure my parents felt comfortable during the process. Their furniture and family keepsakes were packed thoughtfully. It was a long day, but the team made it feel calm and respectful from beginning to end.
My initial contact with them made me confident about the excellent service they would provide. The team demonstrated professionalism along with organization and worked hard to execute a trouble-free move. The staff took special care of my possessions while maintaining my comfort at all times during the moving process.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We had a horrible experience with this company. They lied to us multiple times including misleading us on the pricing by quoting. They did not move all of our belongings. Delivery was late and only one man showed up to unload our stuff up a flight of stairs. We did not get all of our belongings and we ended up with a box that was not ours. Zero customer service as they don't return calls or emails.
They capably moved my wooden swing upstairs and into confined areas, which was amazing. Friendly and helpful guys!

They took the time to wrap everything right and maneuver it all carefully through tight doorways. The move only took a few hours, but the quality of service was far above what we’ve seen in the past. Highly recommended!
