I am impressed by how fast and skilful these movers moved my items. They wrapped everything I owned and everything was carefully and completely put away without rushing. The service is always trustworthy.
I set up service with Regal Van Lines LLC on May 18th. They represented themselves as an moving company on the phone, but they are actually a broker. I got a call on June 20th for a quality assurance check. I told him the items and about how much truck space I would need. That jumped by bill from $3000+ to $7500+. I was charged for packaging materials, even though I had everything bubbled wrap already. I decided to remove some items and transport them myself. He refused to void the Bill of Lading and draft a new one. I thought I could use the card on file to pay for the movers. That turned into another fiasco. The top worse moment for me had to be the rep telling me he’ll check the recorded calls because I’m wrong and I’m a liar. Then called me back 2hrs later telling me the calls had been deleted. Even though they just listened to them early that day when I called in for another issue with them. I was also told that I was charged so much because I didn’t have a big load, so they would’ve lost money on my account (this came from the movers). The Bill of Lading also wasn’t accurate, there was less. The itemized checklist was outdated too. It took the movers (2 individuals) less than 40 mins to load everything.
Their level of professionalism was very clear. Not only were they prompt, but they checked each box three times to make sure everything was packed. Excellent service!
My new puppy kept trying to chase their rolling tool bag with a squeaky wheel. They didn’t mind and actually petted him while loading the boxes onto the truck.
I had to move in the middle of winter during a snowstorm, and I really thought we’d have to reschedule. But the movers came prepared with tarps, towels, and covered the floors to protect against slush. They worked carefully but efficiently, and nothing got wet or damaged. I didn’t expect them to go through with it, but I’m glad they did. Everything arrived safe and dry, and I appreciated how cautious they were.
My initial contact with them made me confident about the excellent service they would provide. The team demonstrated professionalism along with organization and worked hard to execute a trouble-free move. The staff took special care of my possessions while maintaining my comfort at all times during the moving process.
